Disney’s ARTEMIS FOWL Teaser Trailer

Disney’s ARTEMIS FOWL releases in U.S. theaters on August 9, 2019

Disney’s ARTEMIS FOWL Sometime yesterday Disney release a teaser trailer for Artemis Fowl. The movie will not be released for another year, but the Big Mickey Mouse machine is going to create a buzz. (I am sure it the same buzz making template that was behind a Wrinkle in Time.)

I have read most of Artemis Fowl by Eoin Colfer, and enjoy the series even if it was a little too kiddie. As a writer Eoin Colfer, he is one of the best storytellers. I would recommend anyone like a great retelling of a story to check out his stand-alone novel Airman. This book I always suggest to anyone who will listen.

They also got the guy directed the first Thor is going direct this. Kenneth Branagh. He is a great director for serious roles. That hopefully is not the case in this movie, because the books have some hilarious parts as also dark parts but Mr. Branagh and the head he might focus on the dark parts. I hope I am wrong and he could find the balance between the two.
